Who we are
Chalaka Plywood Manufacturers has been making plywood since 2014. We peel, dry, press and finish every board in our own factory, so we can check its quality at each step.
We make two ranges, EV face plywood and non-face plywood, supplied to contractors, furniture makers and dealers across the island.

Sustainability
Plywood is one of the most efficient ways to use a tree. Rotary peeling converts a log into continuous veneer, and cross-laminating those veneers produces panels far stronger than the wood alone.

This is our press hall, where veneers become plywood under heat and pressure. Follow every step from log yard to dispatch, filmed on our own factory floor.
